Founded in 2010, Redemption was amongst the first wave of craft breweries to emerge in recent years, and certainly the first in the now burgeoning Tottenham brewing scene.

The Redemption Star logo puts its own twist on the shape of the original brewer’s star – which has been used since as early as 1300 to symbolise purity of Water, Hops, Yeast, Grain, Malt, and the Brewer – to reflect the care it puts into every brew.

The multi-award winning beer is eminently quaffable – including the Kiwi hopped ‘Big Chief IPA’ and citrusy ‘Hopspur Amber Ale’.

Redemption’s taproom is particularly appealing – offering Thai curries and Indian street food and is usually open before and after Spurs games. What could be better than great beer, a curry and a trip to the Lane?

Amber Ale with some citrus fruit aromas, chewy biscuit malt flavours, slight sticky sweetness and grapefruit. Well balanced with hop flavours to the fore and an easy bitter finish. SIBA Gold Medal winner. And it channels the name of the best football team in England. COYS.
