The brewery was founded by Todd Matteson and Thomas Palmer. They started as home brewers back in the mid-2000s, when the Craft Beer scene was in it’s infancy in this country. Both spent time doing other things for money, but committed themselves to learning the brewing trade on a professional level. They met in London in 2013 and put their first beer in the tank on Stewart’s Road in March of 2015.

Pale malt, Wheat and Oats provide the base, Carapils added for body. Citra and Amarillo hops in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. Fermented with a Vermont Ale yeast strain.

Pale, Carapils and Caragold create a light body, Columbus hops used on the bittering end and Citra and Vic Secret as late hops and dry hops bring the juicy flavours.
