Another of East London’s finest, Howling Hops started life in the basement of Hackney’s first brewpub, The Cock Tavern back in 2011.

Since then, the brewery has gone from strength to strength, moving to their current site by Hackney Wick just a stones throw from the Olympic Park. And a spectacular site it is too - the first tank bar to be opened in the UK let alone London, it is one of the best taprooms in the capital. The 10 tanks dispense 10 different beers along a 10 metre long bar, separating the bar from the brewery itself.

Beer wise, we especially love the Hefeweizen and the rotating specials - we hope that they bring back their Cherry Gose one of these days!
